The 32nd China International Disposable Paper Expo (CIDPEX2025) will be held in Wuhan, Hubei Province, China in April 2025 with the focus conference held  April 14-15 and the exhibition held from April 16-18.

The Focus conference is oriented on the practical needs of tissue paper and hygiene products industries with a global and forward-looking perspective. It gathers industry experts from all over the world to engage in dialogues and discussions on high profile topics and give insights and analysis on these topics, thus building a professional exchange platform of “opening, sharing a and win-win cooperation” for domestic and foreign enterprises. In 2024, the conference attracted 731 professional audiences, and has won high appreciation from participants for its great organization in its theme, speeches and interactive forums.

In 2024, the production technology, equipment manufacturing and product quality of the tissue paper and hygiene products industries has been continuously improving. In December 2024, China held Central Economic Work Conference to make plans for 2025. The meeting emphasized the need to “expand domestic demand on all fronts,” “make scientific and technological innovation drive the development of new quality productive forces,” and “expand high-standard opening up.” It said China will make concerted efforts to “cut carbon emissions, reduce pollution, pursue green development and boost economic growth.” All the plans are expected to bring new opportunities for the industry development. However, the industry still faces numerous challenges: declining birth rate and the aging population in China.
